Preekie runs the routine finance work month after month — coding, reconciliations, close and compliance — and prepares what is due. You approve it, or your accountant does.
Too big for guesswork. Too small for a finance team.
Most growing businesses sit between a bookkeeper and a finance department. The work still has to happen every month, on time, and someone has to be accountable for it. Preekie does the preparation and puts the decision in front of the right person.
Every month, without chasing
Coding checked as transactions are entered, with anything unusual held rather than guessed.
Bank and control accounts reconciled before the period closes.
Documents checked against transactions, so gaps surface early rather than at year end.
BAS prepared with the amount due and the date it is due.
One short list of questions, not a stream of messages.
Your accountant stays in the loop
Your external accountant can be added as a reviewer, with their own sign-in.
Anything tax-affecting can be routed to them rather than approved internally.
They see the same workpapers and the same evidence you do.
Preekie prepares; it does not replace the advice you rely on.
Lodgement happens through your accountant, or your own authorised contact.
Control
Preekie never moves money.
It prepares payment batches and tells you what is owed, to whom and by when. Releasing the payment is always a person, in the bank or the ledger. New or changed supplier and employee bank details are held until someone confirms them.
Sizing
Priced by users.
Company plans cover one company per account and are sized by users: up to five, six to twenty-five, or more. Group structures are coming.
